Matsuya has released "Pork rose garlic miso stir-fried set meal" baked with special sauce made from garlic and ginger using ginger from March 26th (Thursday). Just like the usual Matsuya's limited-time menu, we had a menu offered at the same time as offering the menu because the rice cake was free for one week from the launch.

Looking at the ticket vending machine ......
I found a menu that I wanted. This time I will order pork rose garlic miso stir-fried set meal at the same price (590 yen including tax).
Waiting It arrives goods in about 10 minutes.
Pork rose garlic miso stir-fry, the scent of miso is intense, but the smell of garlic and ginger is not that strong.
A green onion is on top of the pork belly.
The special sauce seems to contain minced garlic and ginger.
Onion sauce was also used for miso sauce.
First of all, when trying to eat from pork loose meat, the taste of miso is slightly darker, but garlic and ginger which is ineffective to it are working, it is seasoned with a gutsuri type perfect for accompanying rice. Pork meat was falling pretty well, so it was not greasy, and the taste of garlic miso stained firmly.
Blue onions and miso are the only ingredients to match well, the compatibility is outstanding. People who like blue onions may order a single item (60 yen including tax).
Because it is slightly stronger seasoning, rice goes on and on and the sweet onion is also a good accent. However, because I get bored with the taste on the way when the seasoning is dense, it is recommended to eat with a shrimp on the way.
Pork rose garlic miso stir-fried set meal is somewhat seasoned, so raw vegetable salad is just right to eat without dressing. The price of 590 yen including tax was felt enough.
Please note that rice drinks are available free of charge until 15 o'clock on Thursday, April 2nd.
