This is a paper craft quadruped robot "ZURI 01 Paperbot System".
Try removing the outer shell and it looks like this. On the main boardArduinoWe are using a distance sensor, Bluetooth, motor.
ZURI is a robot combining computer and paper, and programming is also free.
The main body size is the standard "1 M", two types of "2 M" with a length about 1 M times longer. This is combined with two kinds of legs "2DOF" and "3DOF" to create a robot.
Combining 2M and 3DOF is like this.
Just by changing the body and leg type / number of legs, you can make various types of robots as below.
This is the actual kit contents.
For making a robot, prepare rulers, glue, drivers and pliers.
First cut off paper and make parts.
Combining boards and motors with paper parts ......
done. This is a version with 6 legs of 2DOF type in 1M.
If you attach 4 3DOF type legs to 1M, this way.
Currently developed applications are simple design, operation seems easy.
The appearance that ZURI moves actually can be confirmed from the following movie.
