Having looked at the menu and waiting, Hakata Black Curry (850 yen including tax) arrived in about 5 minutes. The scent itself of curry itself is not so intense.

Several kinds of curry spice and miso are used for soup, and we use double soup of pork bones and chicken white water, and it is said that it is producing blackness with Ikasumi. Noodles used medium-thick flat noodles.

A curry flavor soup is frequently entangled with Naka Taito's flat noodles, and when it is contained in the mouth, the scent of curry spreads in the mouth. Slightly dry seasoned but not only spicy but also the taste of animal soup is felt firmly, caramel and burned onions are also used, finished in a complex flavor with sweetness added. The taste is deeper than soup curry, but it feels just as a ramen soup. It is the height of the perfection which can not be thought of as a limited-time menu.


Butter corn is good with spicy soup. Butter also adds to the soup.


There seems to be some people who have doubts as "vinegar in curry?", But by dissolving balsamico sauce in soup, it becomes a mellow taste.


Cabbage has a shakyaki texture and sweetness that matches soup.

It is not that I do not match soup at all, but it was rather impressive that the flattened noodles of Naka Taito are more suitable.


Finally we will try eating rice set of 100 yen including taxable vegetable chip, which makes instant curry rice when soup is put on.
