To create a questionnaire form with Typeform, click "Sign Up Free" on the top page.


Enter the characters to put in the URL of the user name, mail address, password, questionnaire from the top and click "Signup for Typeform".

The question formats are arranged on the left side of the screen, and by dragging and dropping this to the right side of the screen, you can create questions in the selected format.
