I tried the official benchmark software of Final Fantasy XIV

First official benchmark software will be downloaded from the above site. The file name is "FFXIVBenchmark.zip".


When unpacking this, the "data" folder and "FFXIVBenchmark.exe" will appear. Double click this exe, the benchmark software starts without installation.


In addition to Japanese, the language corresponds to English, German, French.


Click "I agree".


Setting screen. Choose 8 different characters or random, select the screen resolution from HIGH (1920 × 1080) or LOW (1280 × 720) and press "START" to start benchmark.



Score is displayed in real time on the lower left.



Flowing is a movie whose character selected before the start is in the main character position.





There are scene transitions several times, but in the case of random it seems that the character of the main character position will change at this time.

It is difficult to operate if it is less than 1500, 1500 to 1999 is "heavy", 2000 to 2500 is "slightly heavy", 2500 to 2999 is "normal", 3000 to 4499 is "somewhat comfortable", 4500 to 5499 is "comfortable", 5500 ~ 7999 is "very comfortable", over 8000 it is "very comfortable". The result of the editorial department machine is 1746. It may be because I tried full HD size, but the scene where a large amount of water droplets are drawn was quite awful ... ....

Double-click "dxwebsetup.exe" you downloaded.


Click "Execute".


Select "I agree" and click "Next".
