Square Enix launched mysterious web site for their oncoming game

Square Enix, famous for "Dragon Quest", "Final Fantasy", and many other RPG series, has launched mysterious web site for their oncoming game.

Impressively, there's a quotation from the President John F. Kennedy's inaugural address of 1961.
