Since I seem to be able to operate it when I create an account of ASP version on the official website I actually tried using it. Screenshots and more from the following.

The thing that I actually try using it is that the fact that Japanese passes well without problem, and that the interface etc. are all solidly made in Japanese. There are many tools of this type of project management, but because there are many overseas products, most of the tools in Japan are somewhat difficult to use, but this "9 Arrows" is safe in that respect. It is an open-source license by Adobe AIR and offline compatibility and GPL v3, and it is also good to be commercially available. Afterwards it is a level enough to withstand practical use if a kind kind of manual and so on are prepared.
