A 5-year-old boy died in a street bullet of a police officer aiming for a snake

In a noble in Oklahoma State, a 5 year old boy and his grandfather were fishing in the middle of the night and the shot by a police officer trying to exterminate the snake with a gun would hit the boy. The boy was brought to the hospital but died soon.
