We are converging. I do not have the red tights of late penalties anymore and I'm thinking I will stop live cameras soon. I am going to continue to do in-house systems in the future.
G:
I'm distributing press releases, but when have you been doing this? Is there a lot of requests from small and medium enterprises for sending releases?
VP:
We have been doing distribution since September, 2004. IT is the most requested in about 40% of requests.
There are 4,600 members, of which about 100 are listed companies. Overall there are also many small and medium-sized enterprises, so it has become a feeling that it is wide and shallow.

ValuePress has no other effect measurement, right? Is there a fine measurement system from the beginning?
VP:
In effect measurement, it is becoming clear to which reporter saw the release and where it was posted. Since it was wanted to know whether it was seen and did not come out or because it was not being seen at all in the first place, I wanted to know whether it resulted and introduced it from the beginning. If it was not good to look at the contents, you should do better the project itself, but if it is not seen there is no meaning at all.

How many staff are there in total?
VP:
In the ValuePress department, it is 16 persons in system 5, design 2, planning sales 3, management 5, general affairs accounting 1. At the beginning we started with 2 people.

It has been a tremendous momentum since 2004. Is recruitment new graduate? What are the standards of recruitment?
VP:
Everyone is mid-career. The criterion is to take the form of choosing the best person in the interview each time.

How are you recruiting? Also, how many people do you take?
VP:
We are looking for "Find Job!". Approximately 25 to 30 entries have been submitted in one round of application, from which 1 or 2 entries.

G:How is the rough schedule of the day?
VP:
Although it is individual, the main staff is complete at 9 o'clock to 18 o'clock and 9 o'clock as a basic. From 12 o'clock to 13 o'clock is lunch time, the degree of overtime is not so much different from other companies in the same industry, but it may be a little late at night, but it is not about as much as I have to stay at the company. It is moving relatively healthy. All systems and design are covered by the company, and there is no outsourcing.

What is going on for lunch? It seems that there are places to eat around here.
VP:
There are many places where Izakaya is offering lunch at noon, so there are many people around there. Nobody goes to a convenience store very often. Previously, 1F of the office was the first kitchen, so there was sometimes the same menu in the first kitchen for one month, but recently everyone is a healthy meal.

VP:
As a feature of ValuePress, price is overwhelmingly cheap, it is that report of browsing can be taken. The characteristics of the company is that every employee has "level" like RPG, and by doing business, the experience value is added and the level goes up. Employees are ranking out.

VP:
That's right. My level is displayed on my page for each staff. For each experience value, there is a "technique" that you can use, for example, you can use the food corner freely, you can issue an order to the president, or you can play a game at work. There is no one here yet, it is a story of the future.

What is an item list?
VP:
You can register the items you want. Registered items happen randomly on My Page, for example, at the timing etc. where my project was successfully completed (surplus), and the generated items will be available. Items are sent to your home or sent to others.

When is this system running from around? How about reputation?
VP:
It is moving from around May, but the reputation is not bad. It is made to be able to enjoy work, and points are calculated when entering work contents and required time. This is so that everyone can see and who knows what kind of work is done. How long did it take to make this system?
VP:
I made it over about a year and I still operate it while updating it. We are also doing customer management with this system, so that we can know the login history and how much we used it. We have predicted by preliminarily searching various information automatically on Google. Listing code is included when listing.

Do you collect data completely automatically?
VP:
BOT is going around once an hour. We have registered members for free, but companies that do not have actual usage judge automatically from the data collected the possibility of actually using the service, and also display information "You can surely get on business". VP:

G:
It's amazing ... Everyone thinks about managing employees because of this kind of things, but I tried to do things that are thoroughly done so far.
VP:
On the contrary, employees can be aware of what kind of situation they are. You can improve if you know the current situation. For example, if the excess rate exceeds 50%, it means that half of the requested work has passed the deadline, so you can decide on the request side not to ask again from the next. This is "Net to Do", which is also linked with our original system.
G:
Is it like a messenger?
VP:
This is the system to shake the work. I did not know how much I was going to do the job by e-mail, so I made it because there was quite a lot of things I forgot. Send it to the opponent after writing the tasks, deadlines and priorities you want to do. Then the notice that "work was added" comes out on the sent side. Even when it may not work in time, it tells us that it will be back calculated from the time it takes to work and it will be the scheduled time to start work. This is after the sales management system later, about a year has started to operate.

How was the response of the employees?
VP:
Even when you shake yourself to yourself, I use it because I will not forget to write it even if I do not write it. If there is a job past the deadline, ignoring it, the system will get angry with the sound properly (lol)
G:
When did you expect to create this software? Is it because the work has increased so much that I have to manage with this?
VP:
Until then I was shaking jobs by email, but I often forget it. I had not searched the net for such software, so let's make it. In case of a job that can not be handled well, you can set it as the agenda of the meeting, you can also grasp your task and the task you requested from the other party. The allocation status of work such as who asked how many and how many were requested can be seen in the list.

VP:
Peacefully you are coming safely. The server was always hard but ... how to respond when access increases. It is difficult to finish how much it is better to disclose information afterwards.

Do you have a time to trial and error?
VP:
It is just a time of trial and error so far. Basically, I decided to put out the information in an uncluttered manner, but I think that it is not about time for the company to do anything arbitrary you like, but I think that we have to consolidate the ground firmly, and at the turning point of the company, There are parts that I think that it is not always good to expose everything.

VP:
Originally it was only the mass communication, but since the general people can also know the information before becoming news, I would like to use it, especially those who are bloggers.

VP:
Currently, registration is limited to the media, but there may be some bloggers who are reading the top RSS. The latest release is posted on the top of the site, and anyone can get interesting information before it becomes news, or it will not be news, so I would like to use it to search for blog story.

VP:

VP:

VP:
