What sort of bitterness and sweetness is Suntory "BOSS Begin!"?

Suntory's brewed coffee series "BOSS", but today, on September 5th (Tue), "BOSS Begin!" Came out today. The price is 115 yen. I bought two "Rainbow Mountain Blend" and "Cafe au lait" in what position within the existing BOSS series we compared and compared.

In fact, opening the can, putting it in a cup and looking at the color, it is obvious which kind of thing it is and what it tastes.

"Boss Begin!"

It seems to be "mild flavor with little bitterness and irritation". The beans used are "Brazilian trees ripe beans", coffee beans that delays the harvest time than ordinary coffee, took full of sunshine on the tree and ripened it. The fruit sugar content rises, the sweetness and umami penetrated into the coffee beans, the flavorful and rich flavor is a feature. By blending this mainly and "roasting roast", while taking advantage of the original sweetness and taste of beans, it brings out the crispy rich flavor and gorgeous aroma, finished in a refreshing mild taste about.


So I tried putting each into the cup. It is just flavor per middle.

As a taste, "Cafe au lait" alone is sweet and creamy. "Rainbow Mountain Blend" and "Begin!" Are slightly different if you drink continuously, is it? Somewhat, "Begin!" Seems to be more mild and fragrant sharp. Feeling to come to my nose. It is certainly a good atmosphere for waking up in the morning.
