"It is not obese when drinking oolong tea" was true

This is the result of the research by Suntory's Institute of Health Sciences, which means that "Oolong tea is not obese when drinking oolong tea".

By the way, when I was an elementary school student, I used a body in free research to do this research, and a strong man who used the human body for a long time during the summer vacation. In that case, the weight did not decrease, but it is different between "to lose weight" and "not to become obese ...".

The details are as follows.
On the Obesity Effect of Oolong Tea Polymerized Polyphenols
Presented at the Japan Nutrition and Food Society conference

Oolong tea polymerized polyphenols cause obesity. Oolong tea polyphenol is a component unique to oolong tea which is formed by binding (= polymerization) of catechins in the process of semi-fermenting tea leaves, and is a generic name of plural components.

As for what mechanism is unified, since lipase is inhibited by oolong tea polymerized polyphenols and there is a possibility that fat absorption may be suppressed. For simplicity, lipase does not decompose fat and it is not absorbed. It is absorbed only after being disassembled.

In other words, it is never a mistake to order oolong tea every time I go drinking (not related).
