Here's a report on how much traffic increased after the change in the automatic posting style on X/old Twitter, and here are the GIGAZINE access analytics results for June 2026!

Announcement #1. GIGAZINE's

official X (formerly Twitter) account automatically posts not only articles updated on the day, but also past articles published on the same day of the same month. Until now, this automatic posting style was to 'post the article title, publication year, and article URL,' but from April 2026, we changed to a style where 'we first post only the article title and top image, and then add a link to the article in a reply thread.' We will now release some of the X analytics data to show how impressions and engagement have changed with this change.

The graph covers the one-year period starting from July 17, 2025. The most obvious impact was seen in the number of replies, with the average number increasing from April 15th, when the automated posting style was changed.

The number of likes has been increasing since the latter half of February, and has been on a slight upward trend on average since April 15th.

There hasn't been a significant change in the number of bookmarks. There's a notable event in mid-February.

The number of views to my profile has increased slightly since the latter half of April.

While the number of impressions did increase at the end of February, it has continued to rise since mid-April.

Engagement seems to have been increasing since mid-February.

While engagement rates increased from February to March, no significant overall changes were observed.

Reposts have been increasing in frequency since February and are now stable.

Here's how many times it's been shared.

The number of new followers was increasing day by day.

Announcement #2. The editor-in-chief of GIGAZINE held an illustration and manga creation workshop called ' Let's Doodle Together ' at Ibaraki Elementary School's after-school children's classroom on Wednesdays from January to March and June to July of 2026. The workshop was so popular with the children that it was decided to hold it again in the second semester after the summer holidays. This time, it will be held a total of four times on September 2nd, 16th, October 7th, and 14th.

If you're wondering exactly what they're doing, you can find out by reading the following article.
