At the bustling Aibahama Park stage, we spotted a food truck with a long line of people waiting.

It was a food truck from FARMER'S KITCHEN MINORI, selling crepes.

Crepes made with Naruto Kintoki sweet potatoes are being heavily promoted. The lineup includes crepes with roasted sweet potatoes and crepes with Naruto Kintoki sweet potatoes piped in a thread-like fashion, similar to Mont Blanc.

Furthermore, they also offered sodas made with sudachi and yugo.

This time, I ordered the 'Roasted Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée with Additive-Free Ice Cream (700 yen including tax)' and the 'Sudachi Soda (400 yen including tax)'. After ordering, you receive a numbered ticket and wait to the side.

Here's what the 'Sudachi Soda' and 'Roasted Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée with Additive-Free Ice Cream' look like. The crepes are shaped so they don't spill out of the paper container, and they won't make a mess when you put them on a table.

The top of the naruto kintoki, which has grown into a thread-like shape, has turned caramel-like.

When you eat it, a gentle sweetness reminiscent of roasted sweet potato spreads in your mouth. The caramelized parts have a nice crunchy texture.

The crepe batter is chewy, and it's filled with plenty of cream.

The ice cream had a gentle sweetness. The contrast between the ice-cold ice cream and the warm crepe batter was exquisite, and the flavor of the Naruto Kintoki sweet potato was fully enjoyable in this crepe.

The sudachi soda has a sweet and sour taste with just a hint of bitterness. It's a drink that lets you fully enjoy the flavor of sudachi.
