Imuraya's 'mini PIZZA' series, which utilizes the techniques they've cultivated with meat buns and sweet bean paste buns, added a second flavor, ' mini PIZZA Teriyaki Mayo & Cheese ,' in February 2026, so I tried it out.

There are two cooking methods: 'microwave cooking' for a quick and chewy texture, and 'microwave + toaster cooking' for a crispy finish.

Here are the ingredients. One serving contains 261kcal.

Each bag contains two pieces.

Heat the unopened pouch in the microwave. 1 minute 20 seconds at 600W, or 1 minute 30 seconds at 500W.

Once heated, a fragrant aroma will fill the air. You can eat it at this point, but adding one more step will improve the texture.

Take it out of the bag and put it in a toaster oven. Bake for about 2 minutes at 1000W.

It's finished.

The pizza dough is quite elastic and has a chewy, springy texture, and the surface is slightly crispy from being toasted. The filling consists of pork and a special teriyaki sauce, topped with cheese, making it rich and flavorful. One pizza isn't quite enough for a full meal, but it's a sufficient amount for a light meal. It's also convenient that it can be cooked in the microwave when you're short on time, so it would be handy to keep it stocked in the freezer.

'mini PIZZA Teriyaki Mayo & Cheese' has been on sale since February 23, 2026 (Monday) at an open price. It is sold for 615 yen (tax included) per bag on Imuraya's official online shop, and on Rakuten Market for 457 yen per bag, or 4942 yen for a set of 10 bags.
