I will order a mega size roast beef bowl (2040 yen including tax) and a mega size sour cream onion roast beef bowl (2130 yen including tax).
Within a few minutes, the roast beef bowl was brought to me, accompanied by horseradish and a raw egg.
The mega size comes with a large portion of rice and three times the amount of roast beef. The pink roast beef completely covers the rice.

The roast beef was tender enough to be easily chewed. The roast beef itself was salty, and combined with the garlic soy sauce drizzled on top, it had a rich flavor. Some roast beef bowls have a red liquid (drip) seeping into the rice, but Sukiya's roast beef bowl had no dripping and no fishy smell at all.
You can also enjoy it refreshingly with horseradish.
The roast beef seemed to have just been taken out of the refrigerator and was quite cold. The raw egg was also cold, so when paired with the raw egg, the low temperature was more of a concern than the taste.
Roast beef bowls typically feature a contrast between the cool roast beef and the warm rice, but the rice in the bowl I ate this time was also quite low in temperature, making it feel lukewarm. While this may depend on the restaurant or the timing, the coldness of the raw egg and the chill of February combined to create a 'low-temperature food overall.'
The sour cream and onion roast beef bowl also comes with horseradish and a raw egg.
The rice is completely covered in roast beef and topped with a generous amount of sour cream and onions.
The sour cream has a unique cheese-like flavor that pairs well with the roast beef. However, the sour cream and onion are also cold, so this bowl is also a 'cold bowl.'
When dipped in beaten egg, it was so cold that it felt a little cold. I wish the temperature was a little better.
