OpenAI releases 'GPT-5.3-Codex,' demonstrating its capabilities not only in coding but also in office work, with higher performance and speed than the previous generation



OpenAI announced ' GPT-5.3-Codex ' on February 5, 2026. GPT-5.3-Codex is a model that combines the coding capabilities of GPT-5.2-Codex and the inference capabilities of GPT-5.2, achieving improved performance and a 25% speed increase. It is also adept at not only coding and webpage creation, but also office tasks such as using Word and PowerPoint.
