The unveiling ceremony will be held at the JAL Engineering Osaka Aircraft Maintenance Center Hangar, located northeast of Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport).
We arrived at the JAL Engineering Osaka Aircraft Maintenance Center Hangar. It is a huge kamaboko-shaped building.
Inside, the 'JAL x Universal Studios Japan Jet 2' and Mario and Donkey Kong were waiting. This aircraft will begin operating domestically from January 14, 2025.

The unveiling ceremony began with greetings from Kumiko Miyasaka, Japan Airlines West Japan Branch Manager, and Ryo Kanazawa, Senior Vice President of Marketing at USJ LLC. Kanazawa commented, 'We hope that this specially painted aircraft will bring great excitement and inspiration to people all over Japan, and make them feel great.'
Next, a special performance was held featuring popular characters such as Elmo and Cookie Monster.

After the special performance, there was a commemorative photo session, and the unveiling ceremony came to a close.
