A retailer has leaked the price of PCs equipped with NVIDIA's unannounced GPU 'RTX 50 series' before the official announcement, with the RTX 5090 equipped PC costing about 980,000 yen and the RTX 5080 equipped PC costing about 570,000 yen.

It became a hot topic when

graphics board manufacturer ZOTAC posted information about NVIDIA's unannounced next-generation GPU, the GeForce RTX 50 series, on its website. However, a PC retailer also posted on its website how much a PC equipped with the new RTX 50 series would cost.

A German PC retailer was selling a gaming PC under Acer's Predator brand, and it was revealed that the PC was equipped with the RTX 50 series. At the time of writing, the sales page for the gaming PC equipped with the RTX 50 series had been removed from the website, but technology media VideoCardz.com managed to take a screenshot.

The gaming PC's product name is 'Acer Predator Orion', and the model equipped with an RTX 5090 32GB GPU, an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU, 128GB DDR5 memory (RAM), and a 2TB SSD storage is priced at 5,999 euros (approximately 980,000 yen).

The model with an RTX 5080 16GB GPU, an

Intel Core Ultra 7 265K CPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and 1TB SSD storage was priced at 3,499 euros (approximately 570,000 yen).

VideoCardz.com compared the specs of a PC equipped with an RTX 5090 and a PC equipped with an RTX 5080 and estimated that there is a difference of about 500 euros (about 82,000 yen) for memory and about 250 euros (about 41,000 yen) for the CPU. Still, there is a difference of about 1,750 euros (about 285,000 yen), so I speculate that this will be reflected directly in the price difference between the RTX 5090 and the RTX 5080.
