Google Pixel has a feature called 'Call Screening' that allows Google Assistant to answer calls on your behalf when you receive a call. Call Screening uses an automated voice to ask the caller their name and the purpose of the call, and the contents of the caller's speech are transcribed and displayed as text.

A new feature has been added that uses Gemini Nano to generate responses to phone calls. This allows you to automatically generate response candidates based on the content of the call, and simply select the response you want to use to receive an automated voice response.

You can now customize your responses by letting Gemini remember your information. For example, if you tell it that you're a vegetarian and then ask it, 'I want to eat Bolognese, but what should I buy?', it will give you shopping suggestions for vegetarians.
