'We were able to see Intel's workstation processors, Xeon , being installed in the GPU cluster,' said Gelsinger, who visited xAI's data center in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. 'We applaud Musk and the entire team for continuing to raise the bar.'

xAI has reportedly set up 100,000 NVIDIA H200 data center GPUs in just 19 days, and uses Intel's Xeon as the CPU to control these GPUs.
The purpose of Gelsinger's visit to the xAI data center has not been disclosed.
