Kagi Translate, a free translation service with a higher accuracy than DeepL Translate and Google Translate, is now available

A new translation service called ' Kagi Translate ' has been released. It's free to use, can translate entire pages, and is said to be more accurate than existing translation services such as DeepL Translate and Google Translate, so I decided to give it a try.

First, let's try translating the entire page on the official Kagi Translate blog. To translate the entire page, you just need to edit the URL.

Just insert 'translate.kagi.com/' after 'https://' and press Enter.

Click on 'Verify you're human'.

The Kagi Translate toolbar appears at the top of the page. Set the translation destination to 'Japanese', click 'Confirm that you are human' again, and when it says 'Success!', click the '→' button.

The translation is now complete.

As I continued reading the page, I noticed that there were no major errors in the translated Japanese, and it seemed to be translated quite smoothly. If you want to check the original text, just click 'View original' in the upper right corner.

To return to the translation, click 'View translated.' The translation appears to be cached, and switching between the original and translated text was smooth.

Also, if you want to translate only a part of the text, you can access '

https://translate.kagi.com/ '. Change the translation language to 'Japanese', enter the text you want to translate in the box on the left, have it checked by a human and click 'Translate'. The results will be displayed on the right.

Let’s actually verify the difference in accuracy. The sentence to be translated this time is the following.

Today, we're introducing Kagi Translate. It's not revolutionary - it's simply a better translation service.

Our combination of advanced language models and precise output selection delivers translations that surpass existing solutions, including Google Translate and DeepL.

The results of Kagi Translate are as follows.

Today we introduce Kagi Translate, a translation service that's not revolutionary but is better.

The combination of advanced language models and precise output selection provides translations that surpass existing solutions including Google Translate and DeepL.

Google Translate produced the following results:

Today we introduce Kagi Translate. Nothing revolutionary, just a better translation service.

Advanced language models combined with accurate output selection deliver translations that outperform existing solutions such as Google Translate and DeepL.

DeepL translation gives the following results:

Today we introduce Kagi Translate, a translation service that's not revolutionary, but just better.

The combination of advanced language models and precise output selection provides translations that surpass existing solutions such as Google Translate and DeepL.

Kagi Translate translated the part 'It's not revolutionary, but it's a better translation service' most naturally, and it seems capable of saying 'We can translate with an accuracy that exceeds that of existing translation services.'
