The new material 'Fine Woven' announced by Apple in 2023 was released as a replacement for the leather straps of the Apple Watch and the leather cases of the iPhone, touted as 'a beautiful, high-quality, and durable new fabric' and 'with a delicate luster and suede-like feel.'
However, users who have actually purchased fine woven accessories have given it harsh criticism, saying things like, 'It wears and scratches easily, and you can't enjoy the aging process like you can with leather,' and ' It's the worst material .'

And since Apple's new product launch event on September 10, 2024, the fine woven iPhone case has been removed from the lineup on the updated official Apple Store page.
