Game industry analyst Serkan Toto told IGN that the PS5 Pro will likely retail for around $600 or $650. He also predicts that the current PS5 will not be reduced in price even when the PS5 Pro is released. In the PS4 generation, the price of the PS4 was reduced when the PS4 Pro was released, but Daniel Ahmad of research firm Niko Partners also predicted that the price of the PS5 will not be reduced because production and shipping costs have not fallen like in the previous generation.
