The photo also includes a caption saying, 'CEO Zuckerberg came to the Oval Office to meet me. He brought his lovely wife to dinner and treated me better than anyone else, but in reality he was plotting to set up a 'vault of shame' in a conspiracy against the president.'

The 'shameful vault' refers to a joint donation of $419.5 million by Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan to the Center for Election Innovation, and Trump claims that Zuckerberg and others used the donations to try to manipulate the election results.
