On July 3, 2024 local time, a problem was reported on Amazon's official forum that said, 'I can't download books on my Kindle.' Treebarkconsumer , who reported the problem, wrote, 'I can't download books. I have a good Wi-Fi connection. The book shows up, but when I click on it, it says 'Queued,' but when it gets to 1%, the download stops. This problem occurs repeatedly. This problem occurs with all my books. I've tried restarting it, deregistering and reregistering my Kindle, but nothing solves the problem.' Several users have encountered similar problems, and some have written, 'I'm very frustrated because I'm in the same situation.' In response to this, an Amazon employee responded, 'We are aware of this issue and our technical team is currently working on a solution.'
