The person selling 'confidential information stolen from AMD' is a cybercriminal calling himself 'IntelBroker.' According to a 2023 (PDF file) NTT report , IntelBroker is a person from Serbia who has a track record of attacking US public institutions and companies such as Volvo, Zurich, and Aflac.

Below is the sales information for 'confidential information stolen from AMD' posted by IntelBroker on a hacker forum. IntelBroker claims to have stolen AMD's 'unreleased product information,' 'spec sheets,' 'employee information,' 'customer information,' 'property files,' 'ROM,' 'source code,' 'firmware,' and 'financial information.' In addition, screenshots containing sample employee information such as 'user ID,' 'name,' 'job title,' 'phone number,' and 'email address' have also been posted.

It also appears to contain a large amount of information about the 'Ryzen' series of consumer CPUs and the 'EPYC' series of server CPUs.
