More than 10 Apple services, including the App Store and Apple Music, are unavailable due to a system failure

According to Downdetector , which compiles reports on system outages, App Store outages have been reported since around 7:00 a.m. on April 4, 2024, Japan time, with numerous reports spanning about two hours.

According to Apple's official system operation status page, 10 services, including the App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Books, Apple Music, Apple Music subscriptions, Apple Music radio, Apple TV+, Apple TV channels, Mac App Store, and audiobooks, experienced issues from 7:13 on April 4, and the issues were reported to have been resolved by 8:35 on the same day. In addition to these, there was also an issue with AppleCare being temporarily unavailable for purchase from 8:09 on April 4, but this was also resolved at 8:50. In addition, there were problems with Apple School Manager and iCloud storage upgrades from April 3 to April 4, but both have been resolved at the time of writing.
