Google holds its annual developer conference, Google I/O , every year from May to June, where it announces the latest devices and software. It has been announced that the 2024 Google I/O will begin on May 14, 2024, local time. The keynote speech will be streamed live, starting at 10:00 AM Pacific Time on May 14 (2:00 AM Japan Time on May 15).

Jeanine Banks, Google's head of developer relations, has announced the date and time for Google I/O 2024. Google I/O 2024 will be held both online and offline, with the keynote address being live-streamed, starting at 10:00 AM Pacific Time on May 14 (2:00 AM Japan Time on May 15).

The official Google I/O 2024 website has already been launched, where you can join community groups and play puzzle games.

Foreign media outlet 9to5Google predicted what will be announced at Google I/O 2024, saying, 'Android 15 is expected to feature a number of announcements, including those related to AI. Google I/O could also be a great opportunity for Google to provide a detailed explanation of Android XR (the XR device for Android being developed by Google and Samsung). In terms of hardware, the Pixel 8a is expected to be announced.'
