RTX Video HDR is available with GeForce Game Ready driver version 551.23 or later and NVIDIA Studio driver version 551.23 or later. By using this RTX Video HDR, it is possible to convert SDR video to HDR.

1: Download and install NVIDIA Studio driver version 551.23 or later.
2: Make sure HDR is enabled in Windows by going to System, then Display, then HDR.
3: Open the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 'Adjust Video Image Settings', go to 'RTX Video Enhancements' and enable HDR.
