Random Poems is distributed by Hagi42, who makes games as a hobby. To download the font, visit Hagi42's BOOTH and click 'Free Download'. Although it can be downloaded and used for free, you will need to log in with your pixiv account to download files from BOOTH.
After unzipping the downloaded folder, open 'TekitouPoem.ttf' in the unzipped folder and install the font. This time I am using Windows 10, and to install the font on Windows 10, right-click 'TekitouPoem.ttf', select 'Open with', and click 'Windows Font Viewer'.
The font file will open, so click 'Install' to complete.
When I checked with Adobe Photoshop, I was able to use random poems.
