I tried using Yamazen's ``Kurumiket (USB type),'' which is a kotatsu that you can wear and improves your quality of life in winter.

In winter, many people find it difficult to get out of their futons due to their kotatsu or electric blankets, and they don't want to go out or even move around the house. I discovered an item called ` `Kurumiket (USB type) ,'' which can be used as a blanket to wear while standing and walking, is powered by a mobile battery and is as warm as an electric blanket, and even has foot pockets to prevent the bottom from getting cold. I tried it.

'Kurumiket (USB type)' was in a box like this.

When I opened the box, the walnut bag itself came out.

Other contents include an instruction manual with a warranty and notes for safe use.

When you unfold the walnut bag, it will look like this: The left side is the front part when worn, and the right side is the back part.

On the chest part, there is a USB cable for connecting to the heater, which will be described later, and a power button for the heater.

On the back side, there was a pocket to put your feet in to prevent the soles from getting cold.

If you look closely at the back of the front, you can see that there are four heating units.

To put it on, first close the zipper to make it into a cylindrical shape.

Next, put your feet in the walnut bucket.

All you have to do is fasten it with the shoulder clasp.

The size when worn is approximately 115cm in height x 65cm in width, and the waist can be up to approximately 130cm. The corresponding height is 150 to 180 cm, and when worn by an editorial staff member who is 179 cm tall, it will look like the following.

You can see the zipper on the right side.

The zipper is the type that tightens from the top to the bottom, so you can easily walk around by lifting it up a little.

The back looks like this.

The shoulder straps are connected on the left and right as shown below, so there is no problem with ``the shoulder straps coming off when you wear it with flat shoulders'', which is common with items worn like overalls.

There is the aforementioned pocket on the back side, so when you are sitting, you can put your feet completely in it as shown below.

This allows it to cover the entire body except for the shoulders and head, just like a sleeping bag, so even people who are sensitive to cold are less likely to feel cold.

To test the heater function, connect a mobile battery that supports USB Type-A.

The mobile battery can be stored in your pocket like this, so it won't get in the way.

After connecting the mobile battery, turn on the heater unit. There are two power buttons, the left one is for the chest and the right one is for the abdomen.

When the power is turned on, it goes to 'Fast heating mode (flashing red)' which warms up the fastest, and then each time you press the button, it changes in the order of 'Strong (lit red)', 'Medium (lit white)' and 'Weak (lit green)'. If you press the button when it is low, it will loop to high. Also, in 'fast heat mode', it will automatically switch to high after 10 minutes of high temperature.

So, the following is a thermography photograph of the situation when the mobile battery was connected and just 10 minutes passed in fast heating mode. You can see that the four heater units are different.

I reviewed the 'Kurumiket (USB type)' in a room with the air conditioner set to 23 degrees, but right after I put it on I felt so warm that my forehead started to sweat, and when I turned on the heater it got hotter. The pockets that fit your feet completely keep you warm all the way to your toes, and the power bank allows you to stand up and walk while turning on the heater, making it a must-have item for winter when you're worried about heating costs.
