The American Customer Satisfaction Index interviewed 22,061 randomly selected American consumers between April 2022 and March 2023 to assess Internet service choices and home Wi-Fi. We conducted a survey to find out how satisfied people are with their ISP on various items such as network usage.

The survey results are as follows. AT&T tops the list of satisfaction levels by company in the fiber optic line sector with 80 points (out of 100 points), followed by Lumen Technologies with 78 points and Google Fiber with 76 points. again. The overall satisfaction level for the fiber-optic line division was 75 points.

In the non-optical telecommunications sector,

T-Mobile tops the list with 73 points, followed by AT&T with 72 points and Cable One with 71 points. In addition, the overall satisfaction level for communications other than fiber-optic lines was 66 points.

Overall ISP satisfaction rose 6 points from the 2022 survey to 68 points. Below is a graph comparing customer satisfaction with other industries. Customer satisfaction in the ISP industry (68 points) was second from the bottom, and only the gas station industry (65 points) was lower than the ISP industry.

Adriana Nine of Extreme Tech , a foreign media outlet, said, ``Americans like the price of ISP hardware and services, customer service, and the occurrence of communication failures. It doesn't seem to be.' I'm guessing.
