Similar reports have been seen on the social bulletin board site Reddit, and Motor-Roll-1788 said, ``When I called Microsoft's troubleshooter, it was a known issue that was currently being addressed, and the method to solve it immediately was for all apps. And it was explained that it was a full reset that deleted files. It seems that resetting while keeping user files will not solve the problem. The person in charge said that unless the camera is needed immediately, Microsoft will fix it in the next few days He advised me that I should wait because I'm planning to release the file.'
