This case was reported on the bulletin board of the Windows community. Reporters said they saw white text at the bottom right of the screen stating that system requirements were not met and had to go to settings to find out more.
When I went to settings and checked the details, I saw a Microsoft website stating that this PC is not compatible with Windows 11. Furthermore, when downgrading to Windows 10, it was shown that it would only work for 10 days.
According to tech news outlet Gizmodo, the issue is due to a security-related feature, the TPM 2.0 chip , which may be causing the watermark to appear on older PCs without this chip.
This display is considered part of Microsoft's testing. The news media Windows Latest says, ``Some users who installed the Windows update in January 2023 are now seeing ``System requirements are not met''.''
Windows Latest reports, ``The 'system requirements not met' watermark is currently being tested by Microsoft and will be released to the public in stages based on test user feedback.'
