Twitter says paying Blue subscribers now get 'prioritized rankings in conversations' - The Verge
https://www.theverge.com/2022/12/23/23523845/twitter-blue-paying-priority-replies-conversations
With Twitter's long-form video support, Twitter Blue subscribers can now upload videos up to 60 minutes, 1080p, and up to 2GB. This is limited to PC access, and iOS and Android allow you to upload videos up to 10 minutes long. In addition, non-subscribers are limited to within 4 minutes.
Even if you post a long video, the quality of the image will be maintained at 'the highest possible', but the resolution, bitrate, etc. may change depending on the viewer.
In addition to this, Twitter Blue subscribers will also be offered a feature called “prioritization in conversations”. It is described as prioritizing 'replies' to others that a subscriber has interacted with, meaning that replies from subscribers appear before other replies.
The prioritization function has been announced to be implemented as of December 13, 2022, and from around this time some users said, ``Isn't it possible for malicious users to easily promote their tweets just by paying? I am concerned.
soon, subscribers with the blue checkmark will get priority ranking in search, mentions, and replies to help lower the visibility of scams, spam and bots

Please note that Twitter Blue is not available in Japan at the time of article creation, and available countries are limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Some users tweeted that 'people living in other countries will be terrible' in response to the fact that 'prioritization' is done despite the limited number of target countries.
So @TwitterBlue gets you 'prioritized rankings' despite only being available in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand? Live anywhere else and get screwed ???? https://t.co/Csh8FoXSII
