Google has announced ' Translation Hub ', an automatic translation service that supports files created with PDF and Microsoft Office. Translation Hub is provided as part of Google's cloud computing service 'Google Cloud', and can translate files in 135 languages including Japanese while maintaining the layout.

Translation Hub can translate PDF files as well as files created with Microsoft Office products such as Word and PowerPoint. The image below is the original version on the left and the translated version on the right. You can see that the layout is preserved even in the translated file.
