I tried 'Creamy Onisara Gyudon' from Sukiya, where the refreshing feeling of the slightly sweet sliced onion doubles the taste of beef.

' Creamy Onisara Gyudon ', which is a combination of Sukiya beef bowl and crispy onion salad, was released on March 16, 2022 (Wednesday). Gyudon, which is made by slicing fresh domestic new onions and topped with creamy sauce and fragrant fried onions, is a dish where you can fully enjoy the taste of onions in season in spring. I was wondering what it tasted like, so I bought it at Sukiya and tried it.

'Creamy Onisara Gyudon' will be on sale from 9am on March 16th (Wednesday) | Sukiya

Arrived at Sukiya.

When I entered the store, there was a sign that appealed to the new menu I was looking for.

That's why I bought 'Creamy Onisara Gyudon' for takeout.

When you remove the lid, it looks like this. There is a sliced onion with white creamy sauce on top of the beef bowl, which is topped with fried onion.

The actual size of the container is about 14 cm.

When I tried it, I felt the crispy texture of sliced onions and the gentle sweetness of onions. Raw onions have the image of being spicy, but the sliced onions of 'Creamy Onisara Gyudon' are not spicy at all. Thanks to that, the refreshing taste of the new onion and the aroma of the crispy fried onion match well with the taste of the tender and juicy beef.

Sukiya's Creamy Onisara Gyudon has been available nationwide since March 16, 2022 (Wednesday), and the price is 480 yen including tax for mini, 550 yen including tax for regular serving, and tax included for medium and large servings. 700 yen, special 850 yen including tax, mega is 1000 yen including tax.
