Twitter announces the ability to automatically add subtitles to videos
On December 15, 2021, Twitter announced that it has begun rolling out the ability to automatically add subtitles to uploaded videos.
A couple months ago we rolled out video caption file upload. Starting today, all videos will be auto-captioned.

To see them, turn on captioning in your mobile device settings, or select the CC button on Web.

According to Twitter's announcement, subtitles will be automatically added to videos uploaded to Twitter in the future. Multiple languages such as Japanese and English are provided.
For the browser version of Twitter, you can switch the subtitle display on and off by clicking 'CC' at the bottom right of the video.
In addition, videos posted in the past do not have subtitles. It has been pointed out that there is no way to report inaccurate or inappropriate subtitles to Twitter for this subtitle.
