AMC Theaters , a major American movie theater chain, has announced that it has started accepting payments in virtual currency, which it had been considering for some time.

According to a tweet by Adam Aron, CEO of AMC Theaters, there are four types of virtual currencies that can be used at the time of payment: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin.

It also became clear that Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc. can now be used as online payment services.

According to CEO Aaron, 'it is already used in 14% of transactions.' It is unclear whether this 'transaction' is about payment of virtual currency or including online payment such as Apple Pay.
