Users who are asked to log in to various services and apps sometimes use passwords that are easy to guess or reuse passwords.
Also, you may forget your password and be unable to log in.
To solve this problem, 'Google Identity Services' includes an improved 'Sign in with Google' and a new feature 'One Tap'.
With the redesigned UI 'Sign in with Google', the user name, profile image, and email address are combined into one button, making it easy to visually understand which account to sign in with.
Your profile picture now also appears on the original service and app screens.
Another highlight is 'One Tap', a new authentication module for both web and Android.
When 'One Tap' is introduced, the login button is displayed at the bottom of the screen on mobile and at the top right of the screen on desktop, so users can log in without transitioning to another screen.
This has the advantage of preventing users from forgetting their IDs and passwords and being unable to log in, as well as eliminating the need for logged-in users to return to the original screen.
