Parler was removed from Google Play and the App Store in January 2021 for inciting an attack on the US Capitol. After that, the cloud service AWS provided by Amazon also eliminated Parler, making it difficult for Parler to continue operating. At one point, Parler was told that he couldn't hope for a resurrection anymore, but after a change of CEO, he resumed web services in February .

And now, Apple has acknowledged Parler's resurgence on the App Store, revealing that the app will be available again on the App Store from the fifth week of April 2021.

Parler's resurrection is evident in Apple's letters to Congressmen Mike Leigh and Ken Buck. 'Parler was removed from Apple's platform in January 2021 due to a policy violation, and there was a proposal to update the app itself and moderation practices.' Apple's app review team decided on April 14 that 'the proposed changes are okay,' and approved Parler's App Store revival. As soon as Parler releases a new version, the app will be available on the App Store.

Parler's interim CEO, Mark Meckler, said Parler 'has created a system that strictly prohibits content moderation, but detects illegal speech and filters unwanted content to users.' It also reveals that the iOS version of Parler does multiple filtering that does not exist in the browser or Android version of Parler. However, Parler doesn't reveal what content is being filtered.

At the time of writing the article, Google does not allow the publication of Parler for Android on Google Play, so Parler for Android will be installed directly without going through Google Play.
