Rafaela Spawn, 50, from Pennsylvania, was arrested for three cyber harassments and three harassments. Evidence related to the phone number in question has been found on the confiscated smartphone of Suspect Spawn. According to the investigation, Spawn's daughter did not know anything about her mother's crime.
'We have a very strict anti-bullying policy, and all the individuals involved in the case are no longer on the team,' commented the cheerleading team Victory Vipers.
