I tried making various things such as instant fried rice with the all-purpose seasoning 'Club Paste' that concentrated the flavor of crab

If you don't want to spend time making rice today, but want to eat something delicious, the

all-purpose seasoning is a convenient item that can be used both as a seasoning for ingredients and as a companion to rice. Nanfer's club paste, which says 'you can enjoy the full-fledged crab flavor even with a small amount,' seemed to make it easy to enjoy an item called crab that does not easily appear on the table, so I actually bought it and tried it.

This is club paste. The content is 100g, which is a size that fits comfortably in a woman's hand.

When I checked the names of the raw materials, I found soybean oil, crab meat, garlic, shrimp, salt, white pepper, paprika pigment, etc.

Calories are 461 kcal per 100 g of bottle.

Opened ...

First of all, when I scooped it with a spoon and ate it as it was, there was no spiciness despite its bright red appearance. You can feel the flavor of crab and the strong aroma of garlic in a slightly strong saltiness.

When I opened it on a plate, I could see white garlic fragments in some places. The parts other than garlic are like crabs and shrimp.

Speaking of crab, it is crab fried rice! Anyway, I want to eat something right now! Assuming that situation, let's make an instant crab fried rice.

First, put the beaten egg in white rice ...

Add about 2 teaspoons of club paste here.

When mixed well, the rice was dyed a deep orange color.

If you chin this in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds ...

Instant crab fried rice style should be completed!

…… But when I tried it, I could feel the scent of crab softly, but maybe 2 teaspoons wasn't enough, the crab flavor was a little lighter.

So, when I ate it with a quick chase club paste, the flavor of the crab increased at once, but at the same time, the strong aroma of garlic spreads. It's not an exaggeration to say that the scent of garlic is wrapped in crabs, so it's so strong that you won't be able to eat it when you have something to do later. However, the chasing club paste makes the seafood flavor richer at once, and the rice goes on and on.

If you want to create a fried rice atmosphere, lay lettuce underneath to make it look like it.

When I asked multiple people to eat it, many people mentioned the strength of garlic, and even commented that 'people who like Matsuya's menu such as

Chkmeruli hot pot set and chicken tomatoes like it.' It was also commented that 'it tastes more like shrimp than crab' and 'at least the flavor of shells and miso, not the body of crab'.

When eating mixed with rice etc., it turned out that a large amount of club paste must be used to feel the flavor of crab, so 'Isn't it better to use it like chili oil to eat?' I'll put it on the fried toaster and eat it.

Then, from the moment you put it in your mouth, the unique scent of crustaceans spreads fluffy and feels good. If you eat it on top of fried tofu, the slightly stronger saltiness can be used as a seasoning, and it looks good for sake.

Also, it seems to go well with steamed chicken ... so I prepared it.

The moment I ate this, I heard a voice saying 'It's delicious!' If you eat it with a lightly seasoned ingredient, you can feel the rich flavor of crab and shrimp, and the goodness of the club paste stands out.

Therefore, it is necessary to add a large amount of club paste to mix it with rice to season the fried rice, so I am a little worried about calories, but if you use it like 'eating chili oil' on rice or fried tofu, it will be a table. Is recommended because it becomes ethnic at once. Since it is not spicy, the Vietnamese version of chili oil ' SATE TOM ' is a little too spicy ... Even people who say that it is likely to enjoy the Asian flavor.

The club paste costs 498 yen for 100g and can be purchased at the online store or physical store of Cardi Coffee Farm.
