Komeda's seasonal limited burger ``Kome beef'' tasting review with overwhelming amount of meat spilling from the buns

From the Komeda coffee shop, the hamburger ' Kome beef ' with plenty of beef rib meat seasoned with sweet and spicy yakiniku sauce has appeared for a limited time. It is said that you can choose not only normal size “normal” but also double beef rib meat “meat rich”, triple meat “meat dakuku” for rice, so you can actually buy all sizes and eat burgers from the hamburger. I enjoyed the view of the falling world.

\Large, delicious, amazing. / Seasonal burger 'Komegyu' is now available!

That's why I came to the Komeda coffee shop.

At Komeda Coffee, you can take out not only eat-in but also

some menus (PDF file) such as hamburgers. It is possible to take out rice beef for a limited time, so I brought it back this time.

At takeout, the ordered menu is served in a plastic package.

Here are all three sizes of rice beef. From left to right, the amount of meat is three times the amount of meat, the amount of meat is twice the amount of meat, and the average size is “normal”.

This is about the height.

All 3 sizes of buns are common. It is a fairly large size as a hamburger.

First of all, I will eat a normal size ' rice beef average '. The price is 680 yen including tax when taking out and 710 yen including tax when eating in.

The main ingredient, beef ribs, is seasoned with sweet and spicy sauce, which is a mixture of soy sauce, sesame, garlic, mustard, and pepper. Also, when ordering, you can choose whether to add pepper mayonnaise. It is normal to have spicy mayonnaise, so this time I ordered with spicy mayonnaise.

Below the beef ribs is a shredded cabbage main.

The actual weight is 258g. According to the formula, the amount of ingredients is 110g.

When you eat it, you can enjoy the fat taste of beef rib meat. Sweet and spicy sauce is a very sweet soy sauce-based grilled meat sauce, which does not have a strong spice feeling such as mustard and chili, and goes well with simmered beef rib meat. The spicy mayonnaise that is part of the hamburger has a spicy and pungent spiciness that accents the taste. In the average size, the impression was that the beef rib meat, fluffy buns, and crispy cabbage were well balanced.

Next, double rice beef ribs ' rice beef duck '. The price is 980 yen including tax when taking out and 1010 yen including tax when eating in.

The ingredients are the same for all 3 sizes, and the volume of meat is different.

The measured weight is 301g. According to the formula, the amount of ingredients is 220g.

When I tried to eat it, it was common that the main taste was beef rib meat with a lot of sweet and spicy sauce, but the presence of beef rib meat was considerable because it was 'meaty'.

The final dish is the volume of ' Rice Beef Dakukuku '. The price is 1280 yen including tax when taking out and 1310 yen including tax when eating in, so the selling price differs at some stores.

There is only three times the normal amount of meat, and beef rib meat is piled up so that it protrudes from the buns.

Beef rib meat is laid on one side, and cabbage can not be seen from above.

When viewed from the side, cabbage is almost invisible because it is crushed by beef rib meat.

The weight is actually 396g, which is quite heavy. According to the formula, the amount of ingredients is 330g.

When you bring it, it is as thick as you can hold it.

If you open your mouth wide and bite it, the presence of the beef rib meat, seasoned with sweet and spicy sauce, is overwhelming, and the impression of buns and cabbage is blurred. Each time you chew, the fat taste of beef ribs increases, so you can satisfy the desire to eat meat. In terms of volume, rather than being satisfying to eat, it was a size that could be full before eating even for small people.

'Kome beef' can be purchased at Komeda coffee stores nationwide except for some stores from September 1, 2020 to the end of November (planned).
