Browser extension 'Twitter media downloader' that can save images and videos flowing on the Twitter timeline together

When you want to save all the images of your favorite artists on Twitter at once, it takes time to select and save the images one by one. What is useful here is the Twitter media downloader, an extension for browsers that allows you to search for images and videos on the timeline all at once and save them as a ZIP file.

This time we will proceed with the installation on Firefox. Access the distribution page of Twitter Media Downloader with Firefox and click 'Add to Firefox'.

A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click 'Add'.

An icon will be added in the upper right corner, so click 'OK'.

If you click this icon, a menu will be displayed, but you can leave the default as it is.

Once installed, view the timeline of your Twitter account with the images and videos you want to download. As an example @gigazine If you open a link called 'media ⇓', 'I Like ⇓' had been added to the header part. Click “Media⇓”……

A download dialog like this will open. If you specify the range you want to download by starting and ending dates or Tweet ID (Tweet URL) and press Start, the search for tweets with media files will start. If you press 'Start' with no input, the search will not end without specifying the range, so press 'Stop' at an appropriate point. You can enter the date in a format like '2020/08/23'.

After the search, you can download the found media files in a ZIP file. Then save the ZIP file and extract it locally.
