'Train Trackr' where LEDs shining on the electronic board tell the subway position in real time

The TrainTrackr , which reproduces a complicated subway route map with a circuit on an electronic board and emits light-emitting diodes (LEDs) according to the real-time position of the actual subway, has appeared.

You can see how the TrainTrackr glows by looking at the GIF animation below.

TrainTrackr uses an API published by transportation that allows you to keep track of subway operation status. By connecting TrainTrackr to Wi-Fi, 333 LEDs arranged on the electronic board imitating a route map will blink, and you can display the actual position of the subway in real time.

There are two types of TrainTrackr, the London subway version and the United States Boston subway version. You can see the Boston version in action in the GIF animation below.

Also, the Boston version seems to have the station name written along the track on the board.

In addition, there is a 'UK Rain Trackr' that will let you know the weather in England with LEDs.

TrainTrackr can be purchased on the official website , and the prices are as follows. The board part is already assembled, and it comes with a wooden stand, power supply, and instructions on the setup procedure. However, shipping and shipping outside the UK, including Japan, is unknown.

London version・Large size : £249 (approx. 33,200 yen)
