When I ate pork pastrami with pork shoulder, the smell of smoky and pork flavor spread in my mouth. Although it has almost the same recipe and ingredients as bacon, the impression of eating it is similar to bacon, but pastrami produces a slightly different taste from bacon because the smokey enhances the flavor of spices .
