Nintendo Labo is a DIY kit for the Nintendo Switch that lets you create all sorts of things, from fishing rods and pianos to racing bike handlebars .

The program is aimed at 8- to 11-year-olds and is initially being rolled out to 11 schools in the New York area. Through this pilot program, Nintendo and the Institute of Play have developed a teacher guide to help students develop skills and problem-solving skills when incorporating Nintendo Labo into their classrooms.

The program is expected to expand to approximately 100 schools in the future, and participating schools will receive a Nintendo Switch, a Nintendo Labo Variety Kit, and a teacher's guide. Additionally, schools not participating in the program will be able to access the teacher's guide for free starting in the fall of 2018.
