・ Seeding
Next, prepare the nursery. Prepare the sponge attached to the 'cultivation set'.

Prepare 10 cube-shaped sponges with pits for seeds.
Take water in a basin, put a sponge in it, squeeze it with your fingers to create air bubbles, and let the sponge soak the water firmly.
Fill the holes in the nursery tray.
The size of the sponge fits perfectly in the hole and could be fixed securely.
With this feeling, I opened my senses and installed 10 sponges.
Next, take out the seeds of 'Green Batavia Lettuce' that were in the cultivation set. This time, let's grow this lettuce.

The application 'Yasai Monogatari' is compatible with both iOS and Android OS. This time I am reviewing using Xperia Z3 (SOL26), but the app is almost the same for iOS version. Access the above app store and tap 'Install'.
Tap 'Open' to start the app.
The login screen will be displayed. Tap 'Create account' to create an account. If you use a Facebook account or Google account, you can use the application without account registration work,
Enter your email address and password of your choice and tap 'Create'.
Enter the code (number) delivered to the email and tap 'Create'.
You will be prompted to turn on the cultivation kit and pair it via Bluetooth.
Press and hold the power button until the LED blinks in 'green / red' (standby state) ...
Tap 'Search for cultivation kit'.
The ID of the cultivation kit is displayed, so tap it.
The LED turns green when pairing is successful. However, because the app was unstable, the pairing process often went wrong, which made it a lot of work. I was able to finally work by doing the pairing work of Bluetooth with the 'setting' application of the smartphone first, and then trying the pairing work with the easy story application, but the 'unknown error' is not displayed and pairing is done There were many smartphones that did not complete the work. I felt that there was an urgent need to improve the application, because plant cultivation cannot be done without cooperation with the application.
After the pairing work is completed, the next step is to name the cultivation kit. By default, it is entered as 'Yasashii Monogatari', but ...
Can be changed to any name. After entering the name, tap 'Settings'.
It is the LED lighting time setting, but you can change it later, so tap 'Settings' to proceed and OK.

You can give the plant a nickname. Enter your favorite name and tap 'Start' to start cultivation.
・ Camera settings
The easy story is that the built-in camera can record the growth of plants. To set the camera, tap 'Settings' on the home screen.
Enter the Wi-Fi 'SSID' and 'password', tap 'Settings', and connect the cultivation kit via Wi-Fi.
After one day, the picture taken on the app home screen was displayed in the background. Tap the icon at the bottom right of the thumbnail ……

'Temperature / humidity graph' is displayed, and the state of temperature change (red) is graphed by default.
You can scroll down the screen and add a humidity graph (blue) in 'Display Items', or change the period of graph display such as 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year in 'Display Institution'.
・ LED irradiation time setting
Tap the 'gear' icon on the upper left of the home screen.
Tap 'Set / Add / Delete cultivation kit'.
Tap 'Set LED lighting time'.
You can change the LED lighting time. In addition, 14 hours of lighting time is recommended for growing plants.
◆ To the harvest
When the cultivation starts, the cultivation kit will automatically turn on and off the LEDs, so there is nothing particular to do. All you have to do is observe the plants that grow every day.
By the way, the power consumption of the easy story was 30W when the LED was on and 6W when the LED was off.

Yasai Story is a kit that allows you to easily perform hydroponics by linking with your smartphone. Except for the difficulty in linking the app and cultivation kit, there is almost no work to do. You can easily grow vegetables at home. Of course, you can eat the grown vegetables, so it can be said to be useful as a teaching material for 'food education'. Every day you can be healed just by watching the growing vegetables, so it seems to function as an interior. However, since it is about the size of a dishwasher, it cannot be placed on a table, and it is necessary to secure a well-ventilated place.
It is a simple story that can be fully automated and hydroponic cultivation that is effortless, but because the connection with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is unstable, the warning alert of the application is not displayed properly and the water level is low and there is not enough water. Sometimes I didn't notice it and withered.
The leaves that were lush on the previous day changed to this state after just one day.
Immediately noticed and replenished water, I was able to escape from the difficulty because it was revived the next day, but I would like to earnestly hope for work to update the stability of the application.
