Planning to release MacBook with Apple keyboard with electronic paper adoption, planned to be released in 2018

Apple is trying to adopt electronic paper technology on the MacBook keyboard by 2018The Wall Street Journal(WSJ) reported. WSJ said that Apple is funded by Australia's startup Foxconn "Sonder(Songer) "in collaboration with information sources from the information that it is developing a new keyboard. This under development keyboard adopts electronic paper as a part of key top, it is possible to Bluetooth connection and it is scheduled to be released within 2016.

The electronic paper adopted keyboard can be displayed not only as a keyboard of an ordinary QWERTY arrangement but also a button which depends on different alphabets and contexts, furthermore shortcut keys for software and so on.

According to sources, Apple's CEO Tim Cooke has discussed Sonder's top and the keyboard of the new MacBook. Also, in the event organized by Foxconn held in China, it seems that prototypes of MacBook adopting electronic paper were exhibited.

Not only is The Wall Street Journal reporting the connection between Apple and Sonder,The GuardianReports that Apple is moving to acquire Sonder.

However, there is a view that these rumors are something that Sonder was forced to promote electronic paper adoption keyboard which is currently accepting reservation.
